If you can lose a source of income due to the decision of someone else or due to corporation restructuring you are in a pyramid regardless what position you hold.

If you have to ask for a raise or your raise is determined by someone else’s standards or requirements rather than your production, you are in a pyramid.

When someone offers you a chance to look at a business opportunity don’t compare Multi-Level marketing to your job the true Pyramid Scheme. Pyramids are designed to exploit your fears and lack of knowledge while business opportunities arm you with the tools you need for success and afford you the luxury of learning.

Success Has A Pattern Learn To Follow It.

Before you start a business of any kind you need to be organized and a plan of action needs to put in place so you can train your down-line to duplicate the process. “Success Leaves Clues”

Create a welcome letter. Your welcome letter should be warm and inviting it should also be useful. Tell your new team members what they should expect from you and give them a list of 10 things to do over the first 7 days and direct them to a pre-recorded training video or literature to read. Also include your contact information; people love to know that you can be contacted directly. 

Create a master schedule a month in advanced for training , Prospect and Leadership calls, webinars or Google Hangouts. Don’t combine calls.  

Prospect calls should have a pin point focus on the business product and or services as well as the payment structure and no more than 2 to 3 short genuine testimonials at the end of the call instruct the prospects to contact the person who invited them to the call to discuss how to start.

Leadership meetings should be exclusively for the top earners and recruiters to discuss and brain storm on marketing ideas and recruiting strategies. Everyone wants to belong to a club of elite members.

Document everything you do so you know what works and what doesn't.

Even though you are the head of your organization remain in a state of constantly learning. Be open to new ideas products and services that can help you grow your organization. 

Randomly acknowledge accomplishments of your top earners as well as the new guy. There is no better feeling thank to be acknowledged by the CEO of a company and that's what you are the CEO of your business.
