If you can lose a source of income due to the decision of
someone else or due to corporation restructuring you are in a pyramid regardless
what position you hold.
If you are working hard and only seeing a small portion
of the benefits of your efforts, while the remainder is being distributed to
those above you, you are in a pyramid.
If you have to ask for a raise or your raise is
determined by someone else’s standards or requirements rather than your
production, you are in a pyramid.
If taking a vacation, sick day or personal time off
requires some else’s approval, you are in a pyramid.
If you want the freedom that comes along with financial
security you have got to get over your fears and get out of your own way.
